Kappa AlphaGamma

A fraternity founded in 2026 on one proposition: character is built by doing hard things together, to a standard, and answering for the result.

Founding

Kappa Alpha Gamma was founded in 2026 by a small group of students who wanted what a fraternity promises, lifelong brotherhood, built on something more demanding than a social calendar. They set a standard anyone could read and no one could talk around: one night of land navigation by map and compass, then a syllabus of skills worth having.

The letters were chosen for what they ask of the brothers who wear them. The coat of arms carries the motto Acta Non Verba, deeds not words, and the chapter measures itself against it.

Purpose

Disciplined leaders. Useful skills. A standard that holds.

We select for composure and teamwork, then train brothers in land navigation, trauma medicine, radio communications, and firearms safety. The goal is competence that is useful to the people around you, and a brotherhood that holds you to it.

Symbols

Engraved coat of arms: a shield bearing a compass rose, two stars, and the letters ΚΑΓ, within a laurel wreath, with a lamp above and a scroll reading Acta Non Verba below.

Mottos

  • Stand Ready

    Spoken

The call and response. One brother says it, the rest answer. It means the same thing every time: prepared, present, accountable.

  • Acta Non Verba

    On the coat of arms

Deeds, not words. We are measured by what we do, not what we say we would do.

Values

Brothers for life

Membership does not end at graduation. A brother who has met the standard keeps it, and keeps the brothers who met it alongside them.

The chapter is young and its first brothers are still undergraduates, so the commitment is written down now: alumni return for Selection, help teach the syllabus, and hold the same standard they were held to.

Selection is one night. Start with the interest form.
